U.S. private-equity firm Francisco Partners has acquired supply-chain software company ByBox Holdings Ltd. from LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group PLC. The deal valued the company at £221 million, according to an announcement—more than double its valuation when LDC acquired the company two years ago.
