To defeat Menacing Ruin, you must first destroy the arms blocking the heads. Use your umbrella to deflect their fire balls and send them right back at it. This will destroy the arms, leaving the baby heads a bit more vulnerable. Use your Pepper Grinder to shoot the three heads.
