As hrf & packetsplace say, E.C. Meacham Arms was an importer/dealer/wholesaler only. Check the watertable (flat place under the barrels). If there’s an oval with a crown over an “ELG”, it’s a Belgian import. It not, it’s American made…..most likely by Crescent, but also possibly Hokins & Allen or Stevens.
