How do you hold your head up?

Hold Your Head Up High, Not Forward!…Here are a few pointers to help with keeping better head posture:

  1. Your chin should be parallel to the floor (you may have to tip your head up or down to achieve this)
  2. Your ears should be in line with your shoulder (or fairly close to it)
  3. Your chin should be slightly pulled back.

When Should baby Hold head up?

When Can Babies Hold Their Head Up? When your little one reaches about 4 months old, you’ll most likely see him hold his head and chest up as he leans on his elbows while lying on his tummy. This is a big moment! Your baby has reached a major milestone, because now he has the freedom to look any which way he pleases.
