How do you hold your head up?
Hold Your Head Up High, Not Forward!…Here are a few pointers to help with keeping better head posture:
- Your chin should be parallel to the floor (you may have to tip your head up or down to achieve this)
- Your ears should be in line with your shoulder (or fairly close to it)
- Your chin should be slightly pulled back.
