How do you get to the Webkinz Studio?
Go to the “Fun Stuff” section and click on the “Movie Maker” subsection. There, you can find the Webkinz Studio, along with actors and sets.
How do you add actors to Webkinz studio?
Drag the Webkinz Studio into your room and go back to the W Shop. Go to the “Fun Stuff” section. Search through it, and you should find actors, actresses, and sets. Choose at least one set and two or more actors.
What is a Webkinz studio?
The Webkinz Studio is an item you can buy from the WShop. If you walk over to it, you can make a movie! Occasionally there is a contest where users enter in their videos and whoever wins get to go on the Winner’s Shows.
What do I do if my Webkinz World is not working?
If you have a new code, and it’s not working, please go to the Webkinz World homepage and click on “Customer Support. Click “Adoption Issues” and choose the option that applies to you. My computer isn’t working/Webkinz World is slowing my computer down.

Webkinz Pets are lovable plush pets that each come with a unique Adoption Code that lets play with a virtual version of your pet. You can also adopt a virtual-only version of a Webkinz Pet directly from the WShop or from the Ganz eStore.
What do I do if my child’s Webkinz Pet is stuck in room?
If your child’s Webkinz pet is stuck in the room, please log out and log back in. If the pet is still stuck, please make sure: The ‘walk’ button is active (green). If the walk button is active, and your pet still isn’t moving, please click ‘map’ and then click on another room in your house.
What is the difference between “Webkinz” and “ Webkinz classic”?
“Webkinz” is now the NEW version of Webkinz (or “Webkinz Next”), while “Webkinz Classic” is the original version of the game. For convenience, you can use an existing Webkinz Classic login to create an account in Webkinz Next (and vice-versa), but PLEASE NOTE that they are otherwise COMPLETELY SEPARATE GAMES.
