How do I check the balance on my Phoenix card?

- Go to the Phoenix Card website.
- Select “Check Account Balance”
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your Elon username and password.
- Your Food Dollars balance will appear on the top left.
How do I put money on my Phoenix card?
Contact Phoenix Card Services at (336) 278-5436. You may make a deposit over the phone using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted). This deposit will post 10 – 15 minutes on your account after phone call has ended.
Where can I use my Phoenix card?
Phoenix Cash can be used the following locations:
- All on-campus locations.
- Participating off-campus locations.
- Vending machines.
- Laundry centers.
- Copy machines.
- Barnes & Noble at Elon.

What is a Phoenix City Card?
Residents of Maricopa County are eligible to enjoy special year-round discounts and promotions for an annual fee of $50 plus tax for the first year and $30 plus tax for renewals. Cards are good for one year from date of purchase.
What are Elon meal dollars?
Food Dollars are funds added by the cardholder. They can be used at any campus dining facility and are automatically deducted with each swipe of your Phoenix Card when you specify “Food Dollars” at checkout. When using Food Dollars, you will receive a 15% discount at the point of sale.
Do Elon meal dollars carry over?
Meal Dollars carry over from Fall to Winter and Winter to Spring (must purchase same or higher priced meal plan in Spring for meal dollars to transfer).
Can you have a car at Elon?
All faculty, staff, and students may operate a motor vehicle on the campus provided that it is properly registered and legally parked. Permits are not available for University parents, visitors, or other guests; all visitors should park in designated visitor parking spaces.
What is Phoenix cash?
The Phoenix Cash account is a debit account to which students may add funds. These funds can be used on and off campus.
