Does Cox mini box get all channels?
The mini-box is not supposed to get all of your Advanced TV channels. It only gets the basic channels that you would normally get by plugging a coax straight from the wall to the TV, plus a few extras like Music Choice.

The main reason your rebooting is because your upstream is too high. It’s rebooting to try to get the 2-3 other upstream channel it can’t even lock on. Should be 49 or below and your 52.5.
What do you do if your TV says no signal?
