What can you get kicked out of the Marines for?
As an individual isn’t a Marine until they have earned and are given the EGA (Eagle, Globe, and Anchor), being “kicked out” means a Dishonorable Discharge (a felony), a Dismissal (officer equivalent of a DD), a Bad Conduct Discharge, or other legal and social negative removal from honorable ranks of Marines.
Can you leave the Marines at any time?

What happens if you don’t pass Marine boot camp?

Can you leave Bootcamp for death in family?
