Does Webkinz delete old accounts?
Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019. If you’ve left your account inactive for more than a year and don’t log in by September 30th, your pet will be deleted forever.
What is a Webkinz secret code?
Webkinz offers secret codes that are available to users. These codes give users extra privileges or additional items. The codes on Webkinz can be broken down into two categories.

If you already have an account have your parent visit the Parent’s Area from the home page and create a Parent’s Account. The parent’s email they use to create their Parent’s Account can also be used to recover your Webkinz World user name and password.
Do Webkinz codes still work?
Can I use my old pet codes in new Webkinz? No. For the same reasons above, those pets simply aren’t in the game to adopt. To avoid players thinking that the codes will work, we’ve made pet codes 15 characters here, instead of the 8 in Classic.
