Where do you catch Larvesta?

Larvesta is found roaming the Forest of Focus and Loop Lagoon. The Larvesta located in the Forest of Focus are capped at level 15. Meanwhile, the Loop Lagoon versions of the Pokemon will be caught at level 40. Larvesta evolves into Volcarona at level 59.

How do you unlock Volcarona?

To unlock the Illumina Pokemon Volcarona:

  1. First, raise the Fireflow Volcano course to Research Level 2.
  2. Complete Fireflow Volcano again at Level 2 to go to the new route on the right and take a photo of the Ancient Ruins there.
  3. The Fireflow Volcano Illumina Spot will then become available to you, where Volcarona resides.
