Can the EPA fine you?
Criminal Actions can occur when EPA or a state enforce against a company or person through a criminal action. Criminal actions are usually reserved for the most serious violations, those that are willful, or knowingly committed. A court conviction can result in fines or imprisonment.

EPA will direct all future correspondence to the official address. The registrant must keep this official address record up to date. In their request for a company number, foreign companies must designate a U.S. agent to receive correspondence and represent them in matters concerning their application. 40 CFR 152.50 (b).
Can an EPA company number be transferred to another entity?
