You can also change your skin color by pressing Ctrl+Shift+S or paying a visit to the Balloon Vendor on Early Poptropica Island. You can change your hair color by going to 24 Carrot Island and mixing a drink in the Carrot King Diner. There’s also a colorizer on the Hub Island, now for free.

First off, the character screen has already been very glitchy for me. For example, most of my closet items beyond the first page are inaccessible, despite them showing up as available when first loading. The screen has also frozen for me numerous times already, and some of my items are totally blank.

Another unofficial tool for customizing your character is Modify A Poptropican (or MAP for short). Simply enter your login information (don’t worry, it’s safe), pick the parts you want to change on your character with help from this clothing part ID list, and click submit. Voila!
