How do you write a personal record review in the Army?
To complete your record review, you must log into https://iperms.hrc.army.mil and select the Reviews tab. The Soldier view your Record guide has Record Review information beginning on page 8.
What is a record review Army?
The personnel record review uses the ERB/ORB and end of month LES and compares the information they contain with the documents in the AMHRR in iPERMS. Introduction to the Record Review provides basic information regarding the Personnel and Finance Record Review process and the Record Review Tool in iPERMS.
Where can I find enlisted record brief?
Go to Army AKO at www.us.army.mil. Select “ORB: Officer Record Brief”/ “ERB: Enlisted Record Brief” link under Army Links column on right side of the screen. Once forwarded to the ORB/ERB page, select the “view/print” button. Save as a PDF to your desktop, where they can be easily retrieved.

Where can I find my DD 93?
To update the DD Form 93, Soldiers must visit their unit’s S-1 or human resources/personnel section. Completed SGLI and DD 93 forms reside in the Soldiers personnel file within the Interactive Personnel Records Management System.
